Nagent.AI (formerly PromptWorld) allows users to create AI agents or generate outputs using curated AI agents with simple inputs.
As the contractual Product Designer for Nagent.ai, I led the design of a versatile platform that allows users to create custom AI agents or choose from pre-designed templates to generate a wide range of content.
This case study highlights my approach to designing a competitive, intuitive platform in the rapidly growing AI agent marketplace.
The Challenge
The AI agent landscape is evolving rapidly, with competitors like Quora’s Poe gaining traction. Our goal was to build a distinctive platform that excelled in both customisation and ease of use. While Poe targets mass consumers, Nagent.ai focuses on large organisations.
Initial Rounds of Discussions and Brainstorming
I conducted back-to-back calls with investors and stakeholders to understand the product, its features and feasibility, target users, and overall objectives.
After gathering inspiration and references from popular websites and competitors, I created a moodboard to define the product’s visual style.

Wireframes
Simple low-fidelity wireframes were created to validate ideas and layouts before committing to the design system and developing production-ready prototypes.
Functionality Divided into Two Segments
1. Create simple chat-based agents using LLMs to generate and share outputs with the general public.
2. Develop hyper-specialised agents for businesses to automate specific processes, such as generating bulk video ads in multiple sizes.

The Video Generation Agent is one of Nagent’s use cases for businesses, enabling them to automate tasks such as creating bulk video ads efficiently.
